East Herts District Council - Extension to existing three storey air conditioned office premises in Bishops Stortford and refurbishment of existing office space into new council chamber. Design, tender and supervision services.

J D Wetherspoon plc - Term consultant for procurement and supervision of all mechanical & electrical services for this rapidly expanding pub chain providing full duties performance on up to 15 new developments per year including the largest pub in England to date; which is located in the centre of Cambridge.

City Screen Cinemas - Design, tender and supervision of the mechanical & electrical services for a new multi-screen cinema complex in Cambridge.

ARCO British Oil Company - Retained consulting engineer overseeing mechanical and electrical building services for this oil company's four UK based office blocks and engineering facilities.

Bass Hotels & Resorts - Design and supervision of mechanical & electrical services works to the new 5000mē corporate headquarters at Windsor, and other sites in the UK. Production of services related Schedules of Dilapidations and maintenance specifications.

Clestra Cleanrooms - Design of air conditioning system for pharmaceutical factory in Portugal.

Mobil Oil - Ventilation scheme for blending house control room at Coryton Oil Refinery, Essex.

Eaton Williams Group - Design for modification and extension of air conditioning installations to Britannia Airways flight simulator complex at Luton.
